The Forensic Privacy Agreement at Goldmine systems Ltd.
1. Data Collection
At **Goldmine systems Ltd** (trading as Credence), we only collect data essential for the forensic investigation. This include media links, uploaded images/video, and user emails for security authentication.
2. Neural Storage
Uploaded media is processed in real-time by our forensic engine. We do not store your forensic evidence indefinitely. Files are automatically cleared from our servers once the scan is complete and logged.
3. Clerk Authentication
We use Clerk for institutional-grade security. All personal data such as passwords and identity verification are stored encrypted in the Clerk security infrastructure and never accessed by Goldmine systems Ltd directly.
4. Third-Party Intelligence
We do not sell your forensic data. Intelligence reports are private and only accessible via your verified account. We share minimal payment data with Paddle (our Merchant of Record) to process transactions.
