How we handle transactions at Goldmine systems Ltd.

1. Overview

At **Goldmine systems Ltd** (trading as Credence), we provide digital forensic intelligence and credits. Due to the nature of our digital services and real-time AI processing costs, we maintain a specific refund framework to ensure the sustainability of our high-fidelity forensic network.

2. Credit Purchases

All credit purchases are final. Once credits have been added to your account, they cannot be exchanged back for cash. Credits do not expire, ensuring you can use them for any forensic investigation across the platform at any time in the future.

3. Performance-Based Refunds

If you believe a forensic scan failed due to a technical error on our side (system timeout or extraction failure), please contact our support team. We will investigate the logs and, if a technical fault is confirmed, manually reimburse the specific credits used for that scan.

4. Fraudulent Activity

We reserve the right to suspend any account and decline refund requests if we detect patterns of fraud, payment spoofing, or attempts to circumvent our verification layers.
