The Forensic Operating Agreement at Goldmine systems Ltd.
1. Agreement
By accessing **Credence** (a service of **Goldmine systems Ltd**), you are entering into a legally binding agreement. Our forensic tools are strictly for identification and verification purposes and must not be used for harassment or illegal tracking.
2. Neural Usage
Our tools use advanced neural networks (Gemini 2.0/3.1) to identify AI manipulation. While our confidence scores are high-fidelity, results should be used as secondary evidence (forensic intelligence) and not as sole legal proof.
3. Credit System
One scan consumes one credit unless otherwise stated in the pricing tier. Credits are added to your account instantly upon payment and are non-refundable, as per our Refund Policy.
4. Third-Party Links
We process forensic data from third-party social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok). We do not store your private credentials and only access publicly available media for analysis.
